93: Exploring how connection to ourselves and others heals us

In this episode we exploring how connection can help us heal, grow and create the very life we dream of. This is a recap of how we explored this topic during the most recent Rising Moon Sisters Retreat.

  1. Connection with Our Bodies
    • Our bodies hold so much wisdom, but we are often too busy to listen. This weekend is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with the body’s natural rhythms, to listen to what it needs, and to embrace the healing power of presence within our own skin.
  1. Connection with Our Spirit and Soul
    • In the noise of life, it’s easy to lose touch with our deeper selves—the part of us that craves peace, purpose, and alignment. Let this weekend be a chance to reconnect with our inner guidance, with the spirit that holds the key to our truest desires and dreams.
  1. Connection with Our Hearts
    • We carry so much in our hearts: joy, pain, hope, and longing. This is a space for us to open our hearts again—to feel deeply and to allow ourselves to be vulnerable. Connection with the heart is about cultivating compassion for ourselves and for others.
  1. Connection with Each Other
    • We are not meant to go through life alone. Yet, so many of us feel isolated, even when surrounded by people. This weekend, let us drop the walls we’ve built and be open to truly seeing one another. The power of women gathering is immense. When we connect as sisters, we are stronger, wiser, and more grounded.
  1. Connection with Nature
    • Nature has always been a teacher and a healer. Being in its presence reminds us of the interconnectedness of all things. We’ll take time to feel the earth beneath our feet, breathe in the fresh air, and remember that we are part of something much bigger than ourselves.
  1. Connection with Our Communities
    • As we heal and reconnect with ourselves, we create a ripple effect that extends to our families, friends, and communities. The connection we cultivate here will not stay confined to this weekend. It will travel back with us, changing the way we show up in the world.
