Hi, I'm Elisabeth, I'm glad you're here

I created The Separation Club because I know how much a woman can need when her relationship ends—and how difficult it can be to find support that understands what she’s going through. There are the practical decisions, but there’s also the loneliness, the uncertainty and the question of who you are now.

My work is about helping you through this part of your life, while supporting you as you begin to make it your own again. You don’t need to have a plan or know what comes next to start here.

Why I created The Separation Club

I know what it’s like to have a relationship end and find yourself questioning far more than your marriage. Your choices, your worth, your future—even your sense of who you are can feel uncertain. And while everyone seems to have advice, what you often need is someone who will listen and help you work out what’s right for you.

My own experience of divorce is part of what brought me to this work. I wanted to create the kind of support where women could speak honestly, feel understood and get help with what was happening in their lives. Somewhere you don’t have to pretend you’re fine or worry that you should be further along by now.

That became The Separation Club. A place to receive support through the difficult moments, begin trusting yourself again and discover what you want your life to look like from here.

Support for where you are now

When we work together, there’s room for whatever you’re bringing that day. You might need to talk through a difficult interaction, make a decision you’ve been avoiding or untangle feelings that keep pulling you back. You don’t have to arrive knowing exactly what you need. We can figure that out together.

My approach is warm, honest and practical. I’ll listen, ask questions and help you notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck. We can also draw on breathwork, meditation and grounding practices when it helps to settle your thoughts and give you space to think clearly.

I won’t make your decisions for you. My role is to help you hear yourself, trust your judgment and take steps that feel right for your life.

What I bring to our work

I come to you with 7+ years of guiding women through the hardest stage of their lives after 20+ years in the women's health and wellness space.

Along with my own experience of divorce, I hold certifications in breathwork and meditation, energy healing, restorative yoga and Reiki II. These practices inform how I support women, recognizing that difficult life changes can affect how we feel in our bodies as well as how we think.

I’m also the host of A Blessing in Divorce, where I share honest conversations about moving through divorce, rebuilding self-trust and creating a life that feels like your own.

You don't have to figure it

all out alone

Whether you need help with something that’s happening right now or ongoing support as you find your way forward, there’s a place for you here. We can start with where you are and what you need.
